Day Three Of Growing

Ali: Today was rather uneventful in terms of preparation for my environment. Since I already had all my environmental factors, I decided to simply research more about our plant, and continue planning out what we wish to accomplish during the plant show. I would thoroughly enjoy introducing our plant with a poster board backdrop that will provide education about our nursery. We will also probably distribute carrot cake and carrots with ranch to our potential buyers. We will also have a laptop nearby, in which our buyers will be allowed to browse our blog. I am extremely excited for receiving the seeds from Nikita tomorrow. Everyone will bring a plastic bag to school, which will be used to distribute the seeds. See you tomorrow!

Miles:  In order for our carrots to grow successfully, we need trustful heat and light energy. Since the good old mother nature can't provide our carrot with constant energy, we decided to use our lamp to provide solar energy for our loving carrot. The lamp that I got for $3.50 from Target will be used. Our group figured that giving our carrot solar energy for 24/7 wasn't the best choice, so we decided to leave the lamp on for about 12hours per day. Since the weather outside wasn't suitable to grow our carrots, we came into an agreement to grow our carrots inside. As of right now, I'm using a plastic cup that I got from a restaurant for free as a pot for the carrots to grow. My total expense so far is $3.50. Now, I eagerly wait for the seeds to be distributed on Monday.
